Our Arts Society volunteers come to the Museum every Wednesday to help care for our archived collections. They work in the Victorian Gallery, where they conserve and protect a range of works on paper such as botanical studies and books. They are passionate about the benefits that creativity and arts can bring to the community, and their conservation efforts allow historic objects to be enjoyed and celebrated into the future.
We are incredibly grateful for the time and energy of our Arts Soc volunteers, who in turn are able to learn new skills, make a real difference, and work alongside a like-minded community connected through a passion for the Arts.
