For the Queen’s silver Jubilee, the factory produced a dessert service depicting the Queen’s animals pictured in the grounds of the palaces. A group of 11 people who had been involved in the production – directors, designers, decorators, went to Buckingham palace to present the service to Her majesty. The service had previously been set out on a table in the Museum for all the Company to come and see.
