The original ‘Getty Challenge’ was inspired by the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam and an Instagram account called ‘Between Art and Quarantine‘. The challenge was then adapted to use digitised artworks from the J. Paul Getty Museum’s online collection. Over the past 18 months there have been thousands of creative recreations online, from American Gothic by Grant Wood, to Klimt’s The Kiss.
At The Museum we love nothing more than getting creative and thought you might like to have a go at re-creating some well-known Royal Worcester pieces and doing your very own Royal Worcester – Getty Challenge – Between Art and Quarantine.
